Job Responsibilities:

Duck Delivery is seeking experienced Class B drivers to cover routes throughout Oregon and Washington. Drivers should be expect with early start times and be available to work Mondays! 

As of August 7, 2018, Duck Delivery is offering a new hire bonus of $5,000 for Class B Drivers! This bonus will be paid out in two separate installments and is based on meeting company expectations regarding performance and conduct. The first installment is after four months of continuous employment and the second installment is after eight months of continuous employment. 

  • Deliver product from warehouse to customer in a safe and timely manner
  • Unload product
  • Stack, palletize, move, and organize product
  • Follow all safety guidelines and DOT rules and regulations
  • Verify product against invoice and PO's
  • Count and sort product
  • Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
  • Serve as customer service liaison
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with co-workers and other departments
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:
  • Be able to operate a manual stick shift
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment
  • Valid Class B license with interstate qualification
  • Able to stand and walk for 10+ hours per day
  • Be able to lift between 40-70 pounds repeatedly
  • Possess a satisfactory driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and company road test
  • One year (20,000 verifiable miles) of experience in a Class B vehicle
